Temples and I

I always loved temples. A place for me to forget about the rest of the world. Never liked famous crowded temples though. For me, temple is place where silence prevails; where you lose yourself completely in serene surrounding to be one with God; where you talk to your inner self without disturbance.

I grew up in a temple but lately (which means 10 years), I stopped visit temples often. I don't know why, but I just lost the touch I had with temples. I do pray, although I confine myself to the prayer altar at home. Yea God is everywhere, but it is always different when you visit Her home.

I long to set my foot in a temple again. Tomorrow is a Friday - a special day dedicated to Her. May be its the day I can pay Her a visit :)...after a long time.

I don't visit temples often, but for me too, temple is a place which should be quiet and clean...

Hi!, Found your blog via a friend, really enjoyed my time here, especially the music in the cartoon. My son is in Thailand at the moment, and tells me how wonderful the temples are there.
