Deepavali : Jam Tarts

Finally, the moments I have been waiting for has arrived! It's cookies making session again. We started with our favourite cookies, Pineapple Jam Tart..

The dough

The paste

Getting the right texture

Cutting into the right sizes

Final touches of egg yolk

Ready to be baked

Baking in the oven

The end product!

It looks so yummy.. but too bad I can't taste it for now (I'm vegetarian for Navarathiri festival) *sob sob!
