I just received photos taken during a wedding dinner from the bride herself. Thanks Kavitha!
The photo was okie but not up to a standard of a professional photographer. Maybe it was prior to editing (hopefully). Whatever the reason is, I look so horrible in it! Then come photoshop to rescue!!

What a difference!
I may not be a professional photographer or a designer, and what I know is very little compared to many of you. Looking carefully, the yellow colour in the bride's saree turned out to be too bright. But then, something is always better than nothing right?
Now you know why I love Photoshop?
Between, if you have any tips on photo editing, do share them here. I wanna learn too! :)

wow nice one hun! U look stunning!
Tips on photo editing? Well just take a million photos like me - then few will come out really nice. LOL!
Keshi.
jokes apart..here r some real tips on photos:
*take close up shots
*crop unwanted shit ard the photo
*AutoCorrect - sometimes they come out better than the original
*If colors dun come out right, u can bring the real colors to the pics by adjusting Color and Brightness.
*U can also sharpen the pixels using various tools
etc etc

hiya. just speaking from my lil experience with photography/photoshop. the original picture is actually a pretty well exposed picture. the edited version is simply too yellow, you can see from the orangy tinge of everyone's skin and the blowout of yellow on the saree. what could be the problem with first pic?
hi, try to find the photoshop toll & techniques at www.webdesign.org , Its user friendly.Tq
@ keshi
u do take A LOT of pics!! hahahahah.. trusty camera phone comes in handy i guess.
thanks for the tips hun!
@ kimberly
i didn't like the dull expression in the 'before' pic. personally i like something bright. i agree the 'after' picture turned out to be too orangy & yellowish. how do i fix it so tht it is bright, 'dreamy' but at the same time doesn't turn out to be yellowish?

but i like ur shots, always. its difficult to believe u took the shot all by urself! i still remember the magz cover post - the photos fit perfectly in the cover! :)
another common factor in us - we have the tendency to love bright pictures! :P

yes I take most of my pics by myself...who else wud take em for me LOL! If I ask someone to take so many pics for me, they'll break my camera and punch me out of frustration. haha!
